Here’s what you need:
- 4 ounces red wine (you can use a sweet red wine, a red blend, a merlot, or a cabernet will all work, depending on how sweet you like your drink)
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces apple juice
- 1 ounce (or more) blackberry syrup (here’s the blackberry syrup I use)
- Your favorite fruits for garnish (optional)
When I first started making this drink I’d use a measuring cup and pour everything in to get the exact measurements. But as you make this, feel free to adjust to your tastebuds.
Pour red wine of your choice into glass, followed by the cranberry juice, apple juice, and Blackberry syrup. Stir all together, add ice, garnish with your favorite fruits, and enjoy!
